And The Challenges They Entail
Helping you Navigate Relationships
There is no final version of yourself. We never stop growing or changing, and why should we? Inspired by my personal experience and the stories of people around me, I want to extend a helping hand to people who need a little push to move on to the next stage of their lives. To help you take a deeper look at how you can create deeper meanings in modern life and juggle handling your relationships, one step at a time.
I am an NLP Certified Resilience, Relationship, and Intimacy Coach, and I work with people to improve their relationships with anyone in their lives or themselves. Many people have the most genuine hopes of having a future packed with healthy, fulfilling, and loving relationships, and I want to contribute to their journey to reach there.
Sometimes, it can be easy to think of a coach as a therapist, but those two are pretty different from each other.
On the one hand, where therapy is more about resolving and overcoming past issues, coaching focuses on the present and the future. Therapy focuses on helping you heal from the past, whereas coaching focuses on getting you where you want to be next in your life.
Relationship Coaching is more about conflict resolution, based on an end goal set by you. Intimacy coaching practices remove any mental or emotional blocks you might be facing when trying to progress in your sexual relationship. It is a lot about focusing on self-image and your relationship with sex in general.
What Is NLP?
NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming and encompasses the three most influential components involved in producing human experience: neurology, language and patterning.
We are in contact with the external world through our five senses: sight, hearing, feelings, smell and taste. Our neurology takes external stimuli and represents them to us with a matching set of "internal representations." These form our subjective experience. Our internal world is made up of the pictures we see in our "mind's eye". It is the conversations, dialogues or arguments we have with ourselves in our thinking. It is our feelings and emotions over which we used to think we had no control.
The important point to realise is that our experience is created by combinations of these internal representations which form repeating patterns or "programmes." These patterns (or habits) run over and over again unless they are interrupted or redirected. It is like a record playing the same song unless it is rerecorded.
