Booking & Coaching Agreement
By booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms:

Coaching Agreement: Our coaching relationship is governed by the terms outlined in my [Coaching Disclosure and Agreement]. This includes details on confidentiality, session structure, and responsibilities.

Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule or cancel a session. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session fee.

Please note: Coaching is a supportive partnership that helps you create change. It is not therapy or a substitute for professional mental health care.

Pre-Payment and Bookings

Please note that any coaching sessions booked are CONFIRMED only after the payment has been made at least 4 hours prior to the session.
Payment Options

Payments can be done via Paypal or MCB Juice. Please note that the payment should already have been made before any session and a proof of payment sent via Whatsapp.

Rescheduling or Cancellation

Any sessions cancelled or needs rescheduling - can happen only once and should be done at least a day before the session via the calendar and reschedule your session again.
